Marmaris Boat Trip Guide 2026: Routes, Prices and Tips

If you do only one excursion in Marmaris, make it a boat trip. Gliding out of the marina in the morning, swimming in a string of turquoise bays, eating lunch on deck and cruising home as the sun softens — it is the essence of a Marmaris holiday condensed into a single day. This guide explains how the daily bay tours work, where they stop, what they cost in 2026 and how to get the most out of your day on the water.

How a Daily Boat Tour Works

Classic day tours leave Marmaris harbour, or piers close to the main hotels, between 9.30 and 10.30am and return around 5-6pm; hotel pick-up is usually included in the price. The boats are mostly traditional two- or three-deck wooden gulets with a sunbathing deck, shaded seating, a bar and a small galley. Through the day you anchor in four or five bays for swim stops of 30-45 minutes each, and lunch is served on board while the boat is at anchor. Lunch is typically grilled chicken or fish with pasta, salad and seasonal sides. Water is sometimes included, but soft drinks and alcohol are almost always extra and often cash-only at the on-board bar. Most boats give children a discount of about 50 percent, and under-6s frequently travel free.
